Argo House is a contemporary development of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments on Kilburn Park Road, London.  Built with a timber frame, this 150m long, 4 storey building is situated on a challenging site above the Thames Water North Western Relief sewer.

MNP played a lead role to ensure sequential ground movements along the sewer were within stringent Thames Water criteria. To ensure the tunnel was not excessively loaded, MNP assessed the crown loading and also ensured the contractor packages conformed to the asset protection measures stipulated for vibration and movement monitoring.
