Quinquennial Survey of a Grade II* listed Water Mill

As part of the quinquennial survey, working in conjunction with Savills building surveyors for client The National Trust, we undertook a review of the condition of the structure to this historic timber-framed water mill.

Our recommendations for monitoring before taking action and strengthening by addition, only where necessary, aligned with the building’s established philosophy of minimum intervention and retaining valued historic fabric.
