51, 53 and 59 Gower Street are Grade II listed Georgian townhouses on The Bedford Estate. Carefully restored and refurbished they provide high-quality residential accommodation in the heart of Bloomsbury.
The work included opening up garden vaults, repairing historic timber floors and creating discrete maisonettes, preserving and enhancing the historic features.
The conservation team at MNP were delighted to work again with Johanna Molineus Architects, TPS, William G Dick, and Grangewood, working together throughout the pandemic to successfully deliver another fine scheme for The Bedford Estate.
