We were appointed to re-engineer a stage 3 design to reduce the structural scope whilst maintaining the clients aspiration to add storeys, reconfigure the core and introduce a new facade.
Through our forensic engineering we were able to keep this busy 3 storey retail outlet occupied and trading whilst adding the additional storeys.
