The Brewery Centre in Cheltenham has been extended to house a 104 bed hotel

The new hotel formed in timber has been constructed on the roof deck of the 110,000sq ft Brewery Shopping centre. We engineered the base build concrete frame below and then worked closely with Stewart Milne to engineer this fastrack hotel.

Continuing our longstanding association with NFU Mutual and Martins Commercial Properties, we took this project through from the acquisition and survey of the existing town centre buildings to full completion of this major mixed use development.

The new hotel is occupied by Premier Inn.
