Given the listed status of both buildings, we approached the office refurbishment with the utmost sensitivity. We assessed the existing structure and detailed plans to rebuild a chimney, strengthen floors and repair the cantilever stone staircase. Finally, the ornate 1781 plasterwork ceilings were restored giving 6,636 sq ft of contemporary office space spread across six floors and a private courtyard.
