Surveying Derelict and At Risk Structures using Drones
Case Study: Heaps Mill, Liverpool
Drones with photogrammetry technology allowed MNP to survey areas of the grade II listed Heaps Mill without placing engineers and workers at risk.
Listed Building consent required a full catalogue of the internal structure to record features. The photogrammetry allowed measured survey information to be verified prior to MNP building a 3D Revit model of the structure.
MNP continue to provide monitoring services to ensure the listed structure remains stable whilst re-development proposals are finalised.
