Topping out ceremony at the Welcome Building

A significant project milestone was reached at the end of September at the Welcome Building in Bristol with the structure now complete.

Sustainability is at the heart of the building design, with a target BREEAM Outstanding rating. Located in the heart of Bristol’s business district, this high quality office building will open next year.

MNP Project Director Stephen Vernon says: “We are very proud to have delivered the complete civil and structural engineering solution for this fantastic, best in class office building in Bristol.
