Forensic Engineering to infill 7 storeys of office floor space without strengthening

A heavy refurbishment project to transform a 1980s block into one of WeWork’s most ambitious spaces yet, providing additional floor space within an original atrium and a conversion of basement parking.

The roof has been converted to a terrace with stunning views across Tower Bridge and The City. Our 3D modelling and forensic studies ensured this was possible without strengthening the existing structure.

Our façade team carried out extensive surveys and managed the cleaning and refurbishment to bring the exterior back to life.
