We were involved in the refurbishment and fit out of the seven-storey Grade II listed property at 8-10 Grosvenor Gardens, which included a new roof terrace at second floor and alterations to the core.
With sustainability, inclusivity and accessibility at the heart of the design, the modified space, which opened in Autumn 2023, is home to “Fivefields”. This is a flexible working hub for charities supporting children and young people, who will have access to offices, hot desks, meeting facilities and breakout areas to collaborate with others.
