Extensive internal and external refurbishment to an existing warehouse close to Heathrow Airport

We converted an existing industrial unit into a vehicle servicing centre. The building was stripped back to its original structural steel frame and ground slab, creating ancillary office accommodation at ground and first floor levels, associated car parking, external works, and services.

Significant alterations were made to the frame with new openings, raised parapets, mezzanines and strengthening. Our civils team redesigned external yard slabs and new below-ground drainage including new roads and bellmouths. Internally, multiple service pits were formed to coordinate with existing foundations and services.

The end result is a new flagship facility for Automania Garage Services (AGS), following their appointment as an authorised Service Partner for Mercedes-Benz and Setra.
