City Centre Opportunity Site (CCOS) South St Albans is a transformative urban regeneration project on behalf of St Albans and District Council. Along with Morgan Sindall Construction and Pagabo we aim to provide a thriving new residential and commercial area to the benefit of the whole St Albans District.
The £60m mixed-use development will create approximately 100 mixed tenure flats along with commercial and retail facilities and a basement car park with over 100 spaces. The existing five-storey police station, as well as a former NHS clinic, has been demolished to make way for the new development.
