New development on a greenfield site

Mason Navarro Pledge were commissioned by TTSP on behalf of Keysource to provide Civil and Structural Engineering consultancy services for the development of a Data Centre at Beichen, Tianjin, China.  MNP undertook a RIBA stage 2 concept design study for a  new three-storey Data Centre and prepared a concept design for a steel framed building with concrete floors.

We liaised directly with the Local Design Institute, EDRI, in China to establish local design parameters and best practice for foundation design, and environmental factors such as seismic action.
