Caspar joined MNP in 2023 and has experience working in the building heritage and conservation industry.  He previously worked in Coventry, taking the lead engineering role on several large scale projects including the reroofing of the southern wing of Coughton Court, a National Trust property in Warwickshire.

He is looking forward to broadening his range of skills to include newbuild construction whilst integrating this with his passion for historic buildings.
