Ella joined MNP in 2023, having previously worked on an array of projects from heritage theatres to residential houses as a Consultant Engineer both in the UK and abroad.

Ella completed a dual degree, Structural Engineering and Architecture, at the University of Sheffield which provided her with invaluable skills to understand the Architects vision in order to reach a desired goal.

She is passionate about sustainability and this feeds into her design, even if it is just ensuring that the design is efficient and proposing the most suitable material.
