Juan joined MNP in 2023 as a Graduate Engineer.  His passion for engineering came about after reading "The Hidden Stories Behind our Structures" by Roma Agrawal, which explained the evolution of structures over the past few centuries. The book highlighted the key role of engineering and the impact buildings have on society, including the standard of living for the local community.

Juan studied at the University of Nottingham where he was taught early-stage concept design and the role it plays in material selection. This has made him passionate about reducing the environmental impact that structures impose, delivering designs with low carbon emissions with low client costs.
