Rowena leads MNP Advantage, our technical development initiative. Advantage is dedicated to driving technical excellence in design and analysis, fostering knowledge sharing, promoting sustainability, and advancing innovation across the practice.

With over 20 years’ experience in the industry, Rowena is a knowledgeable and highly skilled Chartered Engineer. She enjoys collaborating with design teams to develop effective, efficient and sustainable structural solutions.

Throughout her career, Rowena has worked on a diverse portfolio of interesting projects with some of the country’s leading architects. These range from private houses to landmark projects across a range of market sectors, including commercial, education, residential, the arts and aviation. Her project portfolio includes both new-builds and refurbishments, in a variety of structural materials from feasibility through to building fit-out. Several of her projects have been recognised with industry awards.

Rowena is a STEM Ambassador and mentor, dedicated to encouraging the next generation of engineers.
