Shelter joined MNP in 2013, and has over 30 years of experience working on commercial developments, healthcare and educational facilities, industrial, public and residential buildings.

She is an expert in the production and management of reinforcement drawings, bar bending schedules and has a particular strength (and interest) in the detailing.

Shelter is highly skilled in Revit (BIM), CADS RC and AutoCAD, and has given rebar detailing lectures to the Association of Consulting Engineers of Ireland (ACEI).
